SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WILL NOT PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION. 

PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES.


1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. CUSTOM orders will take up to 1-2 weeks to ship. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. 

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. 

3. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

4. May I return my order?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened wigs/extensions within FOUR (4) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality wigs and hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on wigs and  hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair or cutting of the lace. 


You must contact us first before refunding your package at 501-221-6776 During Business Hours within the four (4) day return period. All Rinda Fierce wigs and hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will NOT be issued. Human hair extensions  and wigs are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the RINDA FIERCE hair seal on the extensions or wig(s) seal have been broken!

5. When will I receive my refund?

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions and or wigs were not opened and the Rinda Fierce security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 24-48Hrs after we initiate the refund. 

6. May I make a exchange?

Yes, you can make an exchange within a FOUR (4) DAYS. The RINDA FIERCE Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you within 2-3 days.

All Sales are final on custom coloring! No exchanges, no refunds, no credits

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return!

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Rinda Fierce will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you USPS to send your return.
